Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated Community Engagement Associate to join our dynamic Community Engagement Team. In this role, you will support the management and coordination of relationships with third-party vendors and local outreach partners. You'll assist in tracking performance, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering continuous improvement in partnership quality. Key Responsibilities:
Partner Management
- Act as a key point of contact for resolving day-to-day vendor inquiries and challenges.
- Prepare and distribute regular Quality Improvement reports to ensure high standards across our partnerships.
- Support third-party verification reporting and upkeep.
- Maintain and update records of active vendor representatives and partnership details.
- Conduct research to identify potential new partners and opportunities for collaboration.
- Assist in vendor onboarding by coordinating training schedules and keeping partner information up to date.
Internal Process Support
- Keep shared reports and tracking documents organized and up to date for easy access by team members.
- Input and track monthly costs, ensuring accuracy in all data-related tasks.
- Provide ad-hoc support for partner management and internal improvement initiatives, contributing to process optimization and team success.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable juggling a variety of tasks with an eye towards process improvement.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and data entry software (familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar).
- Experience managing third party partnerships is a plus.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for community engagement and partnerships in the renewable energy sector.
