Job Summary
Prime System Solutions seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, resolve IT-related issues, and ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems and services across the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support
- Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems promptly to minimize downtime.
- Assist employees with system configurations, installations, and upgrades.
- System Maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance on IT systems, including updates and patches.
- Ensure antivirus and security measures are up to date.
- Monitor system performance and resolve potential bottlenecks.
- Network Support
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN and internet connectivity issues.
- Support the configuration and maintenance of network devices (routers, switches, etc.).
- Collaborate with vendors for system upgrades and repairs.
- Documentation
- Maintain detailed records of incidents, changes, and IT infrastructure.
- Create and update user guides, FAQs, and technical documentation.
- Training and Support
- Conduct training sessions to improve end-user knowledge of IT systems.
- Assist in onboarding new employees with IT tools and access rights.
- Compliance and Security
- Adhere to and enforce IT policies and procedures.
- Ensure data security and backup systems are in place and operational.
Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience
- Proven experience as an IT Support Executive or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS operating systems.
