IT Manager

Job Description: 

Prime System Solutions is a leading provider of IT services, specializing in delivering top talent and innovative solutions to its global clientage. It is seeking an experienced IT Manager to join its dynamic team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage On-premises, Microsoft Azure, and AWS cloud-based systems infrastructure/security.
• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure to ensure system scalability, security, and availability.
• Excellent knowledge of DC, ADC & Azure Active Directory with hands-on experience. 
• Monitor and troubleshoot Active Directory problems.
• Configure and manage intrusion detection systems, and other security devices.
• Good Knowledge of DNS, ADFS, DHCP, and PKI. Client and Windows Base Domain
• Strong Knowledge of Windows Servers.
• Experience of Advance IIS configuration/administration.
• Experience in Office 365 suite management.
• Experience in Corporate Level Anti-Virus solution deployment and management.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services (EC2, EBS, VPC, S3, IAM, AMI, Route53, etc).
• Hands-on experience with AWS Workspace.
• Hand-on experience with Microsoft Azure VM, security group, VCP, and gateway.
• Knowledge of MS-SQL server database mirroring a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Remote Desktop Services & Remote Apps configuration.
• Hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching.
• Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure preferably with any monitoring tools. (PRTG)
• Experience with CISCO routers, switches firewalls, and VPNs.
• Knowledgeable in virtualization technologies Including Esxi, VMware & Hyper-V Cluster Management.
• Have good knowledge about Veeam Backup, Replication, and Recovery.
• Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies.
• Great at organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking.
• Manage hosting sites for domains, SSL certificates, and email accounts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in cloud computing.
• Experience with multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience with monitoring and optimization of cloud infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
