We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented People and Client Success Coordinator to support our Finance & HR division within a managed staff augmentation company. In this role, you will collaborate with the Business Unit Head and the broader team to ensure smooth operational processes, client satisfaction, and seamless management of talent resources. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a desire to develop in operations and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support:

Assist in the daily operations of the Finance & HR divisions, helping ensure all tasks are aligned with client needs and project timelines, maintaining quality standards and efficiency.

  • Talent Coordination:
  • Support talent acquisition processes by assisting with recruitment activities and candidate screenings to ensure the right fit for client projects.
  • Help manage the onboarding process for new hires and coordinate employee development initiatives to ensure readiness for client demands.
  • Help build a pipeline for the finance function
  • Performance Tracking:

Help track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring that service-level agreements (SLAs) are met and assisting in identifying areas for process improvement.

  • Client Success Support:

Provide administrative support to the client relationship management team, helping ensure that clients' needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Act as a point of contact for clients to address any questions or concerns.

  • Technology Support:

Assist in implementing and using technology solutions to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance service delivery to clients.

  • Data-Driven Reporting:

Help gather and analyze data to inform decision-making and provide insights to improve team performance and client satisfaction.

  • Team Support and Development:

Provide support to team members and assist in fostering a positive work environment, helping with team coordination and encouraging a culture of accountability and excellence.

  • HR Support and Policy Administration

This involves managing the team, ensuring high levels of employee engagement, and maintaining discipline as per the company policies within the organization. This includes overseeing attendance and serving as the main point of contact for all Islamabad-related queries for the Customer Delivery Manager, Operational Support and Service Delivery. Additionally, the role encompasses conducting the orientation of new employees in Islamabad and overseeing the management and upkeep of the Islamabad office.
