Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Business Unit Head to lead our managed staff augmentation company, focusing on the Finance & HR pillar. You will work closely with heads of departments and the CEO to develop strategies that will optimize operating capabilities and maximize customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, resource optimization, and talent acquisition, ensuring our teams are aligned with our clients' needs for high-quality and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across the Finance &HR divisions, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Manage talent selection processes, ensuring the onboarding of skilled personnel who meet project demands.
- Coordinate hiring, development, and termination processes, maintaining an adequately staffed and competent workforce to fulfill project requirements.
- Optimize resource allocation and scheduling to efficiently meet project demands, ensuring effective utilization of talent while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure SLA compliance in line with customer expectations; implement strategies to enhance process efficiency and automation.
- Drive initiatives to maximize profitability, reduce attrition rates, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met, and fostering strong relationships for future growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the executive team to formulate and implement operational strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and market demands.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations while meeting company goals and benchmarks.
- Identify potential operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect the organizations interests.
- Ensure all operations are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining the integrity and reputation of the company.
- Assess and implement technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve service delivery.
- Utilize data analysis to inform decision-making processes, optimize operations, and enhance overall performance.
- Foster a positive and empowering work environment to mentor and develop department heads and team members, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience as a COO or in other senior managerial roles in managed services or staffing environments.
- Strong understanding of talent management, resource optimization, risk management, and operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics to drive decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving business landscape.
- Familiarity with technology trends and solutions relevant to operational efficiency and staffing.
