Job Description:

Prime System Solutions is looking for an Oracle EBS Support to build its existing team. 

Requirements:

• The resource must be able to communicate to translate high level functional requirements into details technical requirements

• Retrobilling (functional)

• Creating RFQs (functional)

• Receiving Tolerances (functional)

• Inter-org Transfer (functional)

• Journal approval workflow (functional)

• Shipping Reconciliation (new custom report or alert)

• Excellent communication skills in English

Responsibilities & Skills:

• New Custom form development

• Modification of existing custom forms and personalization of Oracle standard forms

• Custom reports (e.g. parameterizing, summarizing, etc.)

• XML Publishers

• Extracting Oracle EBS data at various levels and sending it using secure FTP to external vendors (e.g. HighRadius, Basware extracts, etc.)

• Customization of Check/Deposit slip check layout and integration with AP payments

• Web ADI Extensions

• Oracle Workflow Customizations (e.g. PO Approval Workflow, Requisition Workflow, etc.)

• Automation Items such as Pick Release/Ship Confirmation, Partial Customer Merge, etc.

• SQL*Loader for Lockbox processing

• Fixing Production Issues, debugging and logging Oracle support requests to find the appropriate patches

• Oracle SCM Configuration and fixes

• Patch Testing

• Upgrade Testing
