Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top tech talent to fill positions with our MSP clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the recruiting process, and will be able to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Introduce quality candidates to the client interview process with speed and consideration by
    • Review and evaluate resumes of applicants
    • Perform initial 5 to 10 minute outbound screening calls to majority of prospective candidates
    • Receive inbound calls from candidates and screen appropriately
    • Conduct 30 minute screening interview via recorded video call
    • Leverage provided scripts to assess candidate qualifications, experience and cultural fit
    • Utilize provided systems and tools to organize and status candidates and provide detailed notes for hiring managers
    • Follow up and engage referred leads, former leads, & non-responsive leads

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Source additional candidates to supplement flow of qualified candidates
    • Utilize resume libraries and resources such as LinkedIn or Indeed to initiate and engage potentially qualified candidates
  • Meet regularly with client personnel
    • Role Understanding and Office Culture trainings and meetings with each hiring manager prior to beginning to evaluate candidates
    • Review, plan and evaluation feedback meetings to discuss candidates and applicant trends
  • Anything as directed by client management as related to hiring and recruiting

Qualifications:

  • Impeccable English (both written and verbal)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Past experience in a role with significant phone use
  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or similar role is a plus
