Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Associate with strong English communication skills and experience in the IT or tech sector. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our US-based MSP clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and helping them achieve their business goals through our services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relationship management, with a focus on the IT and tech industries, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Assist customers in onboarding, training, and troubleshooting product-related issues.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, and support) to enhance the customer experience.
  • Monitor customer accounts and proactively address potential challenges to prevent churn.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and product offerings.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and maintain CRM updates.

Requirements: 

  • 0-1 year of experience in customer success, support, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer queries with patience and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and customer engagement platforms is a plus.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed.
