About the Job:

Prime System Solutions is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to join our team, playing a critical role in supporting both HR Operations and Recruitment efforts (50% each). The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing day-to-day HR functions, from onboarding and benefits administration to policy development, as well as driving full-cycle recruitment for various roles.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations (50%)

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition and excellent first experience.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Communicate policies to staff and ensure compliance with company guidelines and legal requirements.
  • Support benefits enrollment, handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, and collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth administration of benefits programs.
  • Assist managers with performance review processes, performance improvement plans, and employee relations issues.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, and employee engagement.

Recruitment (50%)

  • Manage the recruitment process from end-to-end, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers for open positions.
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with hiring managers to prepare for new hires onboarding and integration into the team.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote the company as an employer of choice.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience of 2-3 years of handling HR operations and recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in HR operations and recruitment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, with strong attention to detail.
