Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize Paid Search (Google + Bing), and Google Demand Gen campaigns based on goals.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive insights to identify traffic-driving opportunities and optimize targeting for maximum reach and efficiency.
- Manage and optimize all campaigns and bidding strategies, seeking to continually drive increasing conversions.
- Utilize internal data analytics tools to track key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to refine campaign performance and improve efficiency.
- Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to perpetually enhance campaign performance.
- Glean insights from campaign data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities, such as new platform features, ad formats, or audience segments, to boost traffic acquisition.
- Nice to have additional experience: Meta (Facebook) Ads, TikTok Ads, and Affiliate
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience fully owning and managing large-scale paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads with a focus on both growth and efficiency.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and related platforms (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
- Strong understanding of PPC campaign management, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and conversion tracking and attribution.
- Demonstrated analytical capabilities and the ability to present data clearly and concisely in a fast-moving business environment.
- Ability to draw actionable insights out of large sets of data with the use of Excel
- Data-driven and goal-oriented.
- Familiarity with SEO and broader digital marketing principles (advantageous but not essential).
- Nice to have: Experience with Salesforce
