Tenant to Tenant Migration Expert

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tenant-to-Tenant Migration Expert to lead and support Microsoft 365 and Azure AD migrations between tenants. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration projects and be proficient in using backup and recovery tools such as Veeam and Datto.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Perform Azure AD domain and identity migrations with minimal disruption to users.
• Lead Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrade projects across enterprise environments.
• Ensure data integrity and security during migration processes.
• Utilize backup tools (Veeam, Datto) to ensure reliable data protection and recovery before, during, and after migrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including network, security, and support teams.
• Document migration processes, configurations, and post-migration validations.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Proven experience in Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Strong understanding of Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams architecture.
• File Server to SharePoint Migration experience
• Experience with Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in backup and disaster recovery tools such as Veeam and Datto.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, AZ-104).
• Experience with third-party migration tools (e.g., Quest, BitTitan).
• Knowledge of endpoint management tools like Intune or SCCM.
