District Warden

We are recruiting for a District Warden in the Downpatrick Area. The rate of pay will be £14.70 per hour. The hours of work are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Your Duties will include:

• Dealing with stray dogs
• Enforcing dog related legislation
• Promotion of responsible dog ownership
• Dealing with dog fouling
• Dealing with noise pollution caused by dogs
• Providing education and advice to dog owners
• Liaising and working alongside other agencies
• Investigating claims of neglect or reported cruelty

What we need from you:

• 4 GCSE'S Grade A-C
• Previous Experience in an enforcement position
• Full UK Driving Licence
