Electrical Estimator / Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Estimator / Project Manager to join our team at our 80-year proud Electrical Contractor company in Keene, NH. This is a full-time position with great benefits and a supportive team environment.

As an Electrical Estimator / Project Manager, you will be responsible for estimating and managing various electrical projects from start to finish. This includes creating accurate and detailed cost estimates, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and overseeing the project to ensure it is completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for electrical projects
• Review project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and materials required
• Communicate with clients and subcontractors to gather information and clarify project requirements
• Create project schedules and manage project timelines
• Oversee project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
• Monitor project budget and expenses to ensure profitability
• Coordinate with project team members to ensure efficient and effective project execution
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work is being completed according to specifications and safety standards
• Prepare and submit project progress reports to clients and management
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Estimator / Project Manager in the construction industry
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction methods
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to create accurate cost estimates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using computer programs such as Microsoft Office and electrical estimating software

• Base Salary: $100k - $110k per year
