Electrical Foreman

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise crews on commercial projects (schools, hospitals, retail, refrigeration)

• Install and repair electrical systems, raceways, cable trays, and controls

• Troubleshoot motor and control systems

• Coordinate with project managers to review plans and schedules

• Ensure code compliance, site safety, and high-quality workmanship

• Track project progress, maintain documentation, and resolve on-site issues

• Train and mentor junior electricians

• Occasionally work on prevailing wage projects with enhanced pay and benefits

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial electrical experience, including crew leadership

• Strong knowledge of NEC, safety regulations, and electrical systems

• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

• Must hold an active California Journeyman Electrician License

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
