IT Technical Analyst

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Analyst to join a dynamic team focused on ensuring data security and providing end-user technical support. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to maintain system security, adhere to compliance standards, and resolve day-to-day technical issues. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and address data security issues and non-conformities across systems.
• Work with internal teams to implement secure processes aligned with audit and compliance goals.
• Maintain and support IT security-related policies and procedures.
• Provide end-user technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide high-priority support when needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents.
• Prepare status reports on organizational data security.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in security.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in providing technical support and end-user assistance.
• Familiarity with security policies, compliance, and IT documentation.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting Windows PCs and collaborating with auditors is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting and transporting IT equipment, including laptops and desktops.

Hourly Rate: $30 $45/hr, based on experience
