Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and oversee commercial low voltage projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to define project requirements.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors for seamless integration of systems.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to clients and management.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project risks, issues, and conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Support the sales team in business development efforts, including proposal and bid preparation.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and advancements in low voltage and security systems.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide leadership within the department.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in low voltage (Required).
  • Minimum 2 years of project management experience (Required).
  • Strong knowledge of low voltage systems, including security manufacturers such as Bosch, Avigilon, Optiview, Stanley PAC, Honeywell, Lenel S2, Axis Communications, and other commercial brands.
  • Experience with System Sensor, Gamewell FCI, BELDEN, and Panduit is a plus.
  • Proficiency in managing profit and loss, budgeting, and cost control for projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Valid Drivers License (Required).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
