Sr. Skilled Trades Recruiter

We handle everything from direct hire and contract-to-hire to temporary staffing, payrolling, and project-based hiring.

Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our commission-only 1099 team. You'll hit the ground running on day one with access to our CRM, sourcing tools, and dozens of hot job orders spanning skilled trades. You'll partner with account executives and hiring managers to fill roles via direct hire and contract-to-hire models.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 25-40 active requisitions at once across electrical, low voltage, building automation, general construction, and other skilled trade roles.
• Headhunt and engage candidates proactively through LinkedIn, Indeed, internal tools, and our referral network.
• Screen, qualify, and submit top-tier talent installers, technicians, project supervisors, engineers, and more.
• Track pipelines, outreach, and candidate interactions in our CRM.
• Collaborate with account executives to prioritize urgent roles and accelerate hiring.
• Deliver a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach to offer.
• Own your workflow with urgency, no micromanagement, just results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting experience (construction/staffing/skilled trades preferred).
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
• Skilled at high-volume recruiting, managing many concurrent roles effectively.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and communication capabilities.
• Comfortable and driven in a 1099 commission-only structure.
• Independently motivated, organized, and action-oriented.

Compensation

• Commission only, no earnings cap
• Competitive commission splits, varying by placement type and client MSA agreements.
• Track record of six-figure earners. Our experienced recruiters consistently cross six figures annually
• No benefits offered.
