Site Electrical Superintendent

Location: Chatham, VA
Schedule: Day Shift | 50-60 Hours/Week

A nationally active clean energy construction firm is looking for a Site Electrical Superintendent to oversee a 4.4 MW commercial solar installation in Chatham, VA. This role is key to keeping the project on track, coordinating people, materials, safety, and customer needs to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise on-site electricians and subcontractors
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure proper use of materials
• Serve as liaison between the site crew and the customer
• Monitor job progress, enforce safety practices, and resolve issues as they arise
• Keep crews motivated and productive with a hands-on leadership approach

Requirements:

• 5+ years in electrical construction, including leadership roles
• Experience in solar or commercial power distribution projects
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in the field and maintain accountability across trades

Additional Details:

• Hotel and $40/day per diem provided for out-of-town workers
• Full-time project with 50-60 hours per week

Pay: $40 - $45.50/hour + weekly pay.
