Why This Role

This is a foreman seat with a security integrator that has been steady for more than 40 years, so the work is consistent and the jobs are real commercial projects, not one-off residential calls. You get ownership of your sites, a crew to lead, and the backing of a company that invests in training and promotes from within. Pay tops out at $41 an hour, overtime is available, and the benefits are complete. If you know commercial access control and CCTV, can lead a crew, and want a long-term home instead of the next short contract, this is a strong fit.
