Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys in all aspects of estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on estate planning laws and regulations.
  • Manage case files, maintain client records, and ensure compliance with deadlines.
  • Coordinate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals as needed.
  • Assist with estate and trust funding, including asset transfers and beneficiary designations.
  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide case updates.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Estate Planning Paralegal.
  • Strong knowledge of estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
  • Proficiency in legal document preparation and case management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
