Litigation Associate (Mid-level to Senior)

Our client's East Coast-based law firm is currently looking to add an Associate Attorney to their Tampa office. This position will further assist their clients with Employment and General Liability litigation matters. Requirements:

- FL Bar License Required: Must be licensed to practice law in Florida. 

- Litigation Expertise: At least 5+ years in litigation, specializing in Employment Litigation (non-union) and/or General Liability defense matters. 

- Courtroom Experience highly preferred

- Full-cycle Litigation: Experience in managing cases from start to trial, underscored by strong legal writing and procedural knowledge.

- An Entrepreneurial Spirit: Strong organizational skills, collaborative mindset,  ready to make impactful contributions.
