Were looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to step in on a 2-month contract, focusing on the recruitment of senior retail roles. This is a hands-on, fast-paced opportunity where you'll work closely with key stakeholders and have real impact from day one.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior retail leadership positions

• Proactively sourcing, screening, and engaging high-calibre candidates

• Partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver against timelines

• Managing multiple roles at once while maintaining an excellent candidate experience

• Supporting the team through a busy and exciting hiring period

What were looking for:

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or internal recruitment

• Strong background in retail or leadership-level hiring

• Confident stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to hit the ground running and work autonomously

• Available to commence 2nd February
