Business Coordinator (contract)

 Job Description:

Prequel is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual for a long-term contract role in Harrisburg, PA. This remote position requires strong administrative skills to facilitate agency requests and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. The role involves gathering and submitting documentation, collaborating with legal, security, and business teams, and managing a backlog of requests. This position is an hourly W2 contract role with a payrate up to $45/hour, depending on experience, and offers health and retirement benefits. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements from agency customers.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and ensure timely approvals.
  • Review and provide input on contracts and collaborate with vendors.
  • Track and manage business request backlogs and approval processes.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of project, program, or process management.
  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience.
  • 1+ years of vendor management experience.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
