(D365) Dynamics 365 Technical Systems Administrator

 Job Description:

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead for the implementation, upgrade, and management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments, including Finance and Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE) modules. This role will be responsible for the deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of these environments within Azure, as well as associated Power Platform environments. The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical understanding of Dynamics 365 and the ability to manage and optimize these systems to meet business needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Environment Management: Deploy, monitor, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments, add-ons, and associated business applications in Azure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Power Platform Support: Deploy, monitor, and maintain Power Platform environments, facilitating seamless integration with Dynamics 365.
  • System Upgrades & Patching: Implement system upgrades and patches to ensure the environment is up-to-date, secure, and aligned with best practices.
  • Data Management: Facilitate data management and integration between Dynamics 365 and other systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Configuration & Customization: Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 F&O and CE applications to support business processes and user needs.
  • Security Management: Implement and manage security policies, roles, and permissions to safeguard data integrity and protect against unauthorized access.
  • Backup & Restore: Create and maintain backup strategies and perform restores as needed to ensure data availability and business continuity.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance, conduct regular assessments, and implement tuning strategies to enhance system responsiveness.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing inquiries related to Dynamics 365 functionality and resolving technical issues.
  • Integration Management: Provide technical support for data platform integrations with Dynamics 365, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration and management.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Demonstrated proficiency in managing Microsoft D365 environments.
    • Experience with a broad range of Microsoft products, including M365, Azure, and Power Platform.
    • Understanding of Security Roles and Lifecycle Management within D365.
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft DevOps (ADO) for application lifecycle management.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • In-depth knowledge of security protocols, data privacy, and regulatory compliance as they pertain to enterprise architecture, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft Power Platform.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Ability to travel and collaborate with clients and other stakeholders as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365, Azure, or Power Platform.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams or projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
