Role Overview
Premier NX is rebuilding and strengthening its business development team and is looking for professionals with prior sales development experience who are ready to compete, learn, and win.
This role centers primarily on cold outbound outreach, while also including follow-up on marketing-generated leads. The role operates in a night shift aligned with the US market.
The right candidate is energetic, coachable, disciplined, and genuinely hungry to engage prospects and create opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and live chat to engage target accounts and key decision-makers.
- Own cold outreach activity as the primary motion of the role, building pipeline through consistent, targeted prospecting.
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads, including web, webinar, and other campaign responses.
- Re-engage dormant and closed/lost opportunities through structured follow-up sequences.
- Conduct discovery-level conversations using basic BANT qualification (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) before involving the sales team.
- Qualify opportunities and convert them into Sales Accepted Leads (SALs), then coordinate smooth handoff and meeting setup for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate outreach, activity, and pipeline records in CRM and sales engagement tools such as Outplay, Zoho, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach effectiveness.
- Participate in coaching, call reviews, and ongoing skill development.

- Ability to independently conduct basic discovery and qualification (BANT) before progressing opportunities.
- Continuous improvement in outreach effectiveness and conversion rates.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience (minimum 2 years required) in B2B sales development, SDR/BDR, or similar roles.
- Proven experience in outbound prospecting targeting US markets.
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage mid-level and senior decision-makers.
- Experience working in a target-driven, performance-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound tools such as Zoho, Outplay, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Strong time management, follow-through, and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in outsourcing, BPO, SaaS, or service-based organizations.
- Exposure to industries such as Insurance, Accounting, CPG, Retail, or Consumer Services.
- Understanding of lead qualification, pipeline stages, and early sales processes.
