Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions and operational excellence. The role involves creating reports, dashboards, and insights that drive actionable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present key metrics
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business decisions
- Work closely with operations, sales, finance, and PMO teams to understand data needs
- Prepare MIS reports, KPI tracking, and ad-hoc analysis
- Support process improvement and optimization initiatives using data insights
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data
- Document analysis methodology and maintain organized datasets
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI preferred)
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or R is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets
- Good communication skills to present insights effectively
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Qualifications
- Graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business analytics
- Experience in BPO, services, or operations analytics is a plus
