Data Analyst

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions and operational excellence. The role involves creating reports, dashboards, and insights that drive actionable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present key metrics
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business decisions
• Work closely with operations, sales, finance, and PMO teams to understand data needs
• Prepare MIS reports, KPI tracking, and ad-hoc analysis
• Support process improvement and optimization initiatives using data insights
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data
• Document analysis methodology and maintain organized datasets

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI preferred)
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or R is a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets
• Good communication skills to present insights effectively
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Qualifications

• Graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business analytics
• Experience in BPO, services, or operations analytics is a plus
