Salary :Negotiable based on experience + plus commission (unlimited potential for high performers)

Responsibilities

      1. Strategic Recruitment: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with the company's objectives, ensuring the achievement of hiring goals.
      2. Process Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings and resume screening to interview coordination and final selection.
      3. Collaboration: Work closely with department leaders and teams to understand recruitment needs, offering relevant recruitment support and fostering effective collaboration.
      4. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with recruitment platforms, headhunting firms, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance the recruitment process.
      5. Data Analysis: Analyze recruitment data to derive insights, provide regular reports, and offer recommendations for continuous improvement of the recruitment process.

    Requirements

    1. Experience: Proven work experience in a related field, with a preference for candidates who have a track record of successful recruitment.
    2. Market Awareness: Familiarity with recruitment market trends and best practices, with the ability to develop innovative recruitment strategies.
    3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling the building of strong relationships with employees at all levels within the organization.
    4. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving ability, adept at handling challenges that may arise during the recruitment process.
    5. Technical Proficiency: Proficient use of recruitment tools and platforms, with familiarity in utilizing talent management systems.
    6. Language Skills: Proficient in both English and Chinese languages.
    7. Priority given to candidates with an extensive network of potential talents or headhunter

    Package Details

    Shift schedule:9 hours a day, 6 working days, 2 days off

    The company provides free housing, ticket compensation, meals of choice, transfer to and from work.

    Official employment, work visa
