Entry-Level Payroll Clerk should possess experience in managing personnel files and documentation. It is essential to maintain organized records and efficiently sort through files while upholding confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

Data entry of personnel files

Data entry and maintenance of HR records

Provide general administrative and clerical support including emailing, mailing, scanning, faxing and copying

Opening, sorting and properly managing files

Filing of records

Perform all other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications &Skills:

Excellent accuracy and attention to detail. This is critical as all information is confidential and critical.

Minimum of one year in an administrative support role preferred

Some college coursework or HR experence.
