Position Overview:
The facility is seeking a seasoned Director 2, Healthcare Technology Management, to oversee our team and manage the operational aspects of medical equipment services. This role focuses on hands-on expertise, process improvement, and leadership to enhance team performance and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies to ensure top-quality biomedical equipment support.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee equipment lifecycle, from installation to ongoing maintenance and cybersecurity.
- Collaborate with regional HTM leaders to plan strategies that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Lead technology initiatives aimed at improving patient experience and outcomes.
- Foster a culture of learning by providing professional development opportunities for the team.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years managing healthcare technology services, specifically in biomedical services within a large healthcare environment.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Expertise in CIHQ, DNV, and JACHO compliance.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams, including developing talent and engaging with C-suite executives.
- Business Acumen: Strong decision-making skills, particularly in budget and resource management.
Key Duties:
- Oversee clinical staff for program management and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage project timelines and capital planning.
- Foster client and customer relations, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee purchasing, subcontracting, and financial performance.
- Drive organic growth and sales for healthcare technology services.
Basic Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Management: 5 years of experience in a healthcare technology management role.
- Technical: 5 years in clinical device maintenance and repair.
- Executive Experience: Ability to engage with C-suite leaders and stakeholders effectively.
