Salary: $71,000 - $91,000 (depending on experience)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical-Surgical team in Mayfield, KY. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities including patient assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration with healthcare teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered care in the Medical-Surgical unit by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, post-discharge care, and preventative measures.
- Ensure patient safety and adhere to established protocols and standards of care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in nursing.
Must-Haves:
RN License for Kentucky: Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Kentucky.
Education: Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program. BSN is preferred.
