Industrial Electrician

We are seeking a qualified Industrial Electrician to join our team at a facility located in northern New York State. This position requires relocation to the area, where the selected candidate will work 5 days a week, 10-hour shifts, with two days off.

Responsibilities:

• Install and run cables, wires, and communication systems.
• Mount junction boxes, control boxes, and switch boxes.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints.
• Test and troubleshoot electrical systems, including circuits, motors, fans, controllers, VFDs, and transformers.
• Perform electrical terminations and splicing, including high-voltage splicing.
• Learn and troubleshoot hoisting and crushing operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of industrial electrical experience.
• Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Must be able to safely perform tasks without posing risks to themselves or others.
• Willingness to relocate to the area and work a 5-day, 2-day-off schedule.
