Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Senior Behavioral Health Unit.
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and physician orders.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement personalized care plans.
• Support patients and their families with empathy and education regarding care and treatment.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Licensure: Licensed as a Practical Nurse (LPN) by the State of Wisconsin.
• Experience: At least 1 year of patient care experience in a healthcare facility.
• Certification: CPR (AHA Healthcare Provider) certification at hire or within 60 days.
