Machinist

Position Summary:
As a Machinist, you will play a vital role in operating and programming NC Mills, using advanced software like Esprit or MasterCam to produce precise parts and components. If you have a deep understanding of machine shop equipment and a passion for precision, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Operate and program NC Mills with a strong focus on quality and efficiency
• Use programming software such as Esprit or MasterCam to create machine programs
• Work with manual lathes, mills, and grinders to produce high-quality parts
• Follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and solve machining issues
• Adapt to a rotating shift schedule and be available for overtime, weekends, and holidays as required

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Technical degree in Machine Shop (preferred)
• Proficient in programming and operating NC Mills
• Experience with programming software (Esprit, MasterCam, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of machine shop equipment
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with manual lathes, mills, and grinders
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, and adapt to a rotating shift schedule
