Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Cath Lab

Location: Lewiston, ID 83501

Salary: $75,000 - $125,000 (depending on experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cath Lab team in Lewiston, ID. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, particularly in critical care settings such as ICU, Emergency Department, or Cath Lab. This role requires a dedicated professional who is capable of delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures, including preparation, monitoring, and post-procedure care.
  • Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes during Cath Lab procedures.
  • Monitor and assess patients vital signs, administer medications, and assist with interventions as needed.
  • Educate patients and their families on procedures, care plans, and post-operative instructions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care, procedures, and outcomes in accordance with hospital policies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards, hospital policies, and best practices in Cath Lab nursing.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency within the Cath Lab.
  • Assist with the operation and maintenance of Cath Lab equipment, ensuring a safe and sterile environment.
  • Provide support and guidance to less experienced nursing staff and team members as needed.

Must-Haves:

  1. Licensure: Possess or be eligible to obtain licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Idaho.
  2. Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and NIH Stroke Scale certifications.
  3. Education: Minimum of an Associate degree in Nursing.
  4. Experience: Previous experience in ICU, Emergency Department, or Cath Lab settings.

Nice-to-Haves:

  1. Education: Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN).
