We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Manager - Abdominal Transplant to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations and clinical functions of the Abdominal Transplant unit, ensuring high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with the transplant team to deliver exceptional care throughout the transplant process.
  • Guide and mentor the nursing staff, fostering an environment of professional growth and clinical excellence.
  • Manage and coordinate patient care, specifically focusing on kidney transplant patients.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital standards, state regulations, and patient safety protocols.

Must-Have Qualifications

  1. Active RN Texas License or a multi-state compact RN license, free of stipulations or disciplinary actions. Candidates with board actions must disclose them during the Recruiter phone interview.
  2. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  3. A minimum of 2 years of acute care experience.
  4. At least 3 years of Kidney Transplant Coordinator experience.
  5. A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
  6. An updated, accurate resume with clear job history dates and units worked, reflecting a proven track record of consistent work history (not frequent job changes without explanation).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  1. Clarity on preferred unit, shift, and location for an optimal fit. (If nights are not preferred, please share this to avoid mismatch).
  2. At least 2 years of strong Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) experience.
  3. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with patients and team members.
