Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Manager - Abdominal Transplant to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and clinical functions of the Abdominal Transplant unit, ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with the transplant team to deliver exceptional care throughout the transplant process.
- Guide and mentor the nursing staff, fostering an environment of professional growth and clinical excellence.
- Manage and coordinate patient care, specifically focusing on kidney transplant patients.
- Ensure compliance with hospital standards, state regulations, and patient safety protocols.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Active RN Texas License or a multi-state compact RN license, free of stipulations or disciplinary actions. Candidates with board actions must disclose them during the Recruiter phone interview.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- A minimum of 2 years of acute care experience.
- At least 3 years of Kidney Transplant Coordinator experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
- An updated, accurate resume with clear job history dates and units worked, reflecting a proven track record of consistent work history (not frequent job changes without explanation).
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Clarity on preferred unit, shift, and location for an optimal fit. (If nights are not preferred, please share this to avoid mismatch).
- At least 2 years of strong Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) experience.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with patients and team members.
