Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and certified Ultrasonographer with a passion for patient care and diagnostic precision. In this role, you will perform a variety of ultrasound procedures, ensuring the highest quality of imaging and diagnostics in collaboration with our healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct and analyze ultrasound procedures, accurately capturing images to assist physicians in diagnostics and patient care.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and practice in sonographic procedures, including specialized scans as needed.
- Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process, ensuring their comfort, and answering any questions.
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
- Record and report findings to the appropriate healthcare professionals, ensuring accuracy and clarity in documentation.
- Collaborate closely with radiologists and other healthcare team members to deliver the best patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Must-Haves:
- Certification: ARDMS or ARRT certified.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an ultrasonography role.
- Advanced Certifications: Minimum of 2 advanced certifications (e.g., RVT, RDCS, OB/GYN, MSK).
- Preferred:
- Experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Exceptional communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
- Proficiency in using and troubleshooting sonographic equipment.
