What You Will Do:
- Plan capacity allocation according to vendors informed by the Sourcing and Preparation (S&P) team.
- Monitor vendor capacity to provide recommendations for vendors previously and currently used.
- Conduct vendor selection based on vendor suggestions provided by the Sourcing and Preparation team.
- Execute Pre-Production Sampling (PPS) and perform quality control on PPS results with the Quality Control (QC) team.
- Create and submit purchase requests to the Procurement team for vendor order placement.
- Prepare Quality Control (QC) files.
- Conduct Pre-Production Meetings (PPM) with Sourcing and Preparation (S&P), Research and Development (R&D), Quality Control (QC), and vendors.
- Create a delivery schedule for Finished Goods (FG).
- Develop and monitor the production timeline based on production workflow processes.
- Identify and create a warning system to detect potential issues and resolve problems in the production process.
- Ensure the accuracy of production quality, quantity, and delivery.
- Input production data at each process stage into the system.
- Update the Quality Control (QC) schedule.
- Evaluate production outcomes to guide future vendor allocation and development.
What You Will Need:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field (degrees in Garment Production, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields in the Fashion Apparel Industry).
- At least 2 years of experience in the Fashion Apparel Industry.
- Ability to identify and select suppliers/vendors.
- Ability to identify Capacity Requirements Plan and allocate orders to multiple factories.
- Ability to identify potential production risks.
- Capable of formulating a Master Production Schedule.
- Experience in production planning control.
- Ability to monitor production progress.
- Ability to review vendor performance.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar applications.
