What You Will Do:
- Develop and modify digital patterns using Optitex software and manual pattern-making techniques to ensure accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
- Collaborate with designers and production teams to interpret technical designs, ensuring patterns reflect the intended fit, style, and category requirements.
- Create and optimize marker layouts for production, maximizing fabric yield and minimizing wastage.
- Check marker dimensions, pattern matches, and material specifications to ensure accuracy and efficiency in production.
- Execute accurate grading adjustments for various categories, including Mens, Womens, and Kids apparel.
- Ensure that grading aligns with size specifications and quality standards, adapting as needed based on feedback.
- Perform quality checks on digital patterns and markers, ensuring compliance with production standards.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve pattern accuracy, fabric yield, and production efficiency.
What You Will Need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the garment industry, with a strong background in manual and digital pattern making, specifically with Optitex software.
- Expertise in using Optitex for digital pattern creation and marker making.
- Strong understanding of pattern creation and grading for all categories (Men, Women, Kids).
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high accuracy in patterns, markers, and grading.
- Capable of troubleshooting and adjusting patterns and markers as needed.
- Education: Degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Garment Production, or a related field is preferred.
