What You Will Do:
  • Assist in planning capacity allocation based on information from the Sourcing and Preparation team.
  • Support the monitoring of vendor capacity to provide data for allocation recommendations.
  • Help with vendor selection based on suggestions from the Sourcing and Preparation team.
  • Assist in Pre-Production Sampling (PPS) by collaborating with the Quality Control (QC) team to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Prepare purchase requests for the Procurement team to initiate vendor orders.
  • Help organize and maintain Quality Control (QC) files.
  • Attend Pre-Production Meetings (PPM) alongside the Sourcing and Preparation (S&P), Research and Development (R&D), Quality Control (QC) teams, and vendors.
  • Assist in creating and updating the Finished Goods (FG) delivery schedule.
  • Support the PPIC team in monitoring production timelines and workflows.
  • Assist in identifying potential production issues and documenting them for team review.
  • Ensure production data is accurately inputted into the system at each stage of the process.
  • Update Quality Control (QC) schedules as needed.
  • Participate in production evaluations to gather insights for future vendor allocation and development planning.

What You Will Need:

  • Minimum D3 (Diploma 3) in Production Garment, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or any relevant major.
  • Strong desire to learn about production planning, inventory control, and vendor management in the apparel industry.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis to support decision-making and allocation recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain organized records, and keep track of production schedules.
  • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data entry and tracking production progress; experience with ERP systems is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work from Bandung as required.
