What You Will Do:
- Communicate design thoughts and creative ideas for clothing or accessory collections based on current fashion trends and brand identification.
- Conduct research on the most recent trends, fabric materials, colors, and design approaches to guarantee that the products created are in line with market demands and fashion trends.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to choose fabrics, textures, colors, and accessories that complement the design.
- Communicate creative ideas and design revisions to the production team, ensuring that all stages go as planned.
- Manage the project timeline to guarantee that all phases, from design to production, are finished on time.
- Analyze and adapt designs in response to client feedback, market trends, or sales outcomes.
What You Will Need:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, Textile, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the fashion industry as a Fashion Designer, Assistant Fashion Designer, or related position.
- Experience in creating collections from concept to production.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other CAD software for sketching and design.
- Ability to create patterns (pattern making) and knowledge of the production process of clothing and accessories.
- Actively follow fashion trends and have the ability to analyze trends to suit the brand and target audience.
- Good communication skills in conveying ideas to the production team, pattern makers, and management.
- Able to adapt quickly to changing trends, technical challenges, and market needs.
