What You Will Do:

  • Develop a digital marketing strategy (including budgeting, content, target audience, and platform).
  • Manage and assess digital ad performance, including budget absorption and KPI targets.
  • Collect and evaluate daily data.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.


What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in any major from a reputable university.
  • Min. 2 years experience as Performance Marketing.
  • Have experience handling fashion, beauty, or agency brands (preferred)
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, integrity, self-motivated with high degree of commitment and time pressure to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn new things.
