What You Will Do:
- Develop a digital marketing strategy (including budgeting, content, target audience, and platform).
- Manage and assess digital ad performance, including budget absorption and KPI targets.
- Collect and evaluate daily data.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in any major from a reputable university.
- Min. 2 years experience as Performance Marketing.
- Have experience handling fashion, beauty, or agency brands (preferred)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, integrity, self-motivated with high degree of commitment and time pressure to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn new things.
