Responsibilities

Backend Development:

• Conduct web scraping to collect and structure data from various websites.
• Integrate and manage external APIs to streamline data exchange.
• Develop robust backend solutions using Python to support internal systems and workflows.

Machine Learning Engineering:

• Contribute to the development of machine learning models, particularly for Natural Language Processing (NLP) applications such as chatbots and RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) systems.
• Collaborate on optimizing the performance of LLM models to meet the companys specific needs.

Team Management:

• Lead technical team members when necessary, delegating tasks as required by project needs.

Desired but not Essential:

• Familiarity with Airtable for managing internal databases.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in project management and the ability to lead technical teams.
• High autonomy and problem-solving skills.

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience in web scraping and API management.
• Expertise in Python for backend development.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, particularly in LLMs and RAG systems.
