Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cloud Support: Provide comprehensive support for AWS and GCP cloud environments to our customers.
- Automation and Configuration: Design, develop, and maintain Ansible modules to automate and streamline infrastructure configurations.
- DevOps Support: Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement and maintain efficient DevOps practices.
- Deployment Management: Utilize the Atlassian stack (Jira & Bitbucket) to manage and orchestrate deployments effectively.
- Cloud Infrastructure Implementation: Implement and manage cloud infrastructure (IaaS) using Terraform/Terragrunt.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities and implement new processes to enhance daily tasks and automate server deployments.
- Documentation: Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including high-level and low-level designs, implementation guides, customer service guides, OLAs, SLAs, and SOPs.
- Change Management: Prepare and execute complex, high-impact, and high-risk changes within the cloud environment.
- Disaster Recovery: Actively participate in the planning and execution of disaster recovery strategies and procedures.
Key Skills:
Cloud Expertise: Strong knowledge of AWS and GCP cloud platforms.
Automation: Proficiency in Ansible and other automation tools.
DevOps: Experience with DevOps principles and practices.
Configuration Management: Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform/Terragrunt.
Documentation: Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation.
Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
