Were lean, senior-first, and remote-native. Most of our clients are in France, and our team is spread across Europe. After achieving financial stability and strong growth, we're now structuring our internal operations to support the next phaseand that starts with finance.

Were hiring a Senior Accounting Manager to take full ownership of our financial operations and reporting. This is a foundational role with direct impact. Youll work closely with the founders, coordinate external partners, and progressively build a scalable, efficient accounting function across entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting Operations Management:
  Supervise general ledger, financial reporting, tax compliance, and consolidation for French and international entities.

• Financial Reporting & Analysis:
  Deliver accurate monthly closings, cash flow monitoring, and forecasting to support strategic planning.

• External Partner Coordination:
  Manage relationships with accountants, auditors, and tax advisors to ensure compliance and effective collaboration.

• System Implementation & Optimization:
  Deploy and maintain financial systems (e.g., NetSuite or equivalent), with a focus on automation and integration.

• Strategic Financial Support:
  Contribute to budgeting, entity structuring, and financial planning of cross-border operations.

Candidate Profile

• Experience:
  7+ years in accounting or financial management, ideally in multi-entity and international contexts.

• Expertise:
  Solid knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and tax regulations applicable in France and the EU.

• Systems & Process:
  Proficiency with ERP systems; process-oriented with an automation-driven mindset.

• Qualifications:
  Recognized accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, DSCG) preferred.

• Mindset:
  Hands-on, structured, and capable of navigating both operational and strategic levels.

• Languages:
  Excellent communication skills in English. French is a strong plus.
