Our team is fully remote-friendly, and weve built our processes around flexibility, trust, and asynchronous collaboration.As an sales specialist, you will play a critical role in our go-to-market execution and help accelerate our growth. Youll own the full sales cyclefrom prospecting to closingand act as a bridge between clients, product, and strategy.
In addition to your sales responsibilities, youll also contribute to our tech and product team development, by sharing key customer insights and participating in the hiring of strategic profiles to support our roadmap and delivery capacity.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities (inbound and outbound)
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, HR, Ops, Product)
- Share field insights with the product team to improve features and prioritization
- Participate in talent identification and referrals to support team growth
- Contribute to structuring sales processes, tools, and best practices
- Thrive in a remote-first environment while maintaining strong internal communication
The profile were looking for :
- 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a tech startup/scale-up
- Proven track record of owning and closing complex sales cycles
- Strong product affinity and a real interest in tech and innovation
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); French is a plus
- Remote-ready: autonomous, well-organized, and comfortable with async workflows
- Collaborative and proactiveready to build and iterate
- Bonus: You have already contributed to hiring or collaborating with technical teams, or have an eye for identifying top talent
