Job Overview:
We are looking for skilled Senior ServiceNow Developers with 6-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team for multiple roles. These positions require hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, a strong technical background, and the ability to work within the IST timezone, overlapping with UK business hours.
Key Responsibilities:

ServiceNow Development & Customization:
-
Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the ServiceNow platform based on business requirements.

Customize and configure various ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM, and integrations.

Create and maintain ServiceNow scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Scripts) for process automation and to meet business objectives.

Develop ServiceNow workflows, orchestration, and Flow Designer to streamline operations.

Integration & Automation:

Develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.

Build and maintain automation solutions using ServiceNow orchestration, Flow Designer, and other native tools.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration and automation issues to ensure seamless data flow.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
-
Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.

Provide technical guidance to junior developers and ensure development work adheres to best practices.

Collaborate with project managers to deliver solutions on time and within scope.

System Maintenance & Optimization:
-
Perform ongoing maintenance and updates to existing ServiceNow applications and integrations.

Optimize performance, scalability, and usability of ServiceNow solutions.

Participate in regular code reviews to ensure high-quality development and adherence to best practices.

Documentation & Support:

Document all development processes, configuration changes, and integration setups.

Provide technical support for ServiceNow-related issues and provide solutions to enhance system efficiency.

Assist in the creation of user training materials and knowledge base content.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:
-
Minimum of 6-7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including ITSM, ITAM, and integrations.

Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide Script, etc.), workflow automation, and integration tools.

Experience in ServiceNow integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.

Proficiency in ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Asset Management.

Technical Skills:
-
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including modules, configuration, and development best practices.

Experience with ServiceNow orchestration and Flow Designer for automation.

Proficiency in ServiceNows reporting and dashboard creation tools.

Experience with ServiceNows CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and discovery tools is a plus.

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently, as well as part of a global team, in an Agile development environment.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.

Experience with Agile methodology and working in Agile teams.

Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.

Previous experience with UK clients or working in a similar time zone is a plus.
