Job Description: Front end lead for the design, development, enhancements, maintenance for allsupported Web properties and applications. Work closely with the business, UX and Backend teams to come up with optimal,responsive, accessible, performant state of the art FE architecture and designs usingthe latest and greatest tools of the trade. Work in a fast-paced agile team, estimate development tasks during a Sprint withoutguidance and ensure timely deliverables with high quality. Site enhancements, supportand defect resolution will be required on an ongoing basis. Strong sense of ownership for successful delivery across all the SDLC phases - design,execution, bug-fixes, documentation, delivery and maintenance Review and continuously improve the quality of code for themselves and the teamfollowing the development best practices, processes and guidelines. Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in various technical and creativeenvironments, while delivering quality work by tight deadlines are required attributes.Skills required: Minimum 7+ years of experience as a FE lead developer building large scale webapplications Worked on at least 2 AEM Agile projects and understands how the FE workflow works withAEM stack. Preference is given to candidates who have maintained or architected the FE forlarge scale AEM applications. Well versed in software design patterns and principles and understand browser quirks,responsive designs, web performance and optimization. Emphasis is more on design,architecture, writing modular reusable code for scale and performance. Detailed knowledge of OO JavaScript (ES2015 is a plus) including DOM manipulation and theJavaScript object model. Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3 (SAAS, LESS) in a responsive design framework Proficiency in JavaScript and frameworks (JQuery, React.js, Vue.js, Angular.js). Experienceworking with or building unified UI libraries. Jquery and React.js experience is a must. Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capabledevices and browsers Experience in integrating with RESTful APIs keeping performance and security in mind. Working knowledge of AEM FE framework for UI integrations- HTL, Coral UI 2/3, clientlibs. Strong knowledge of Node.js & npm, grunt/gulp, webpack and FE development, setup anddeployment processes with project tools like Git, Jenkins, JIRA. Good understanding of Web Accessibility WCAG guidelines. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as OAuth, JSON Web Token Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools Provide accurate estimates based on wireframes and mockups Bring solutions to problems related to cross-platform display Work with the user experience and Backend teams to make sure we deliver the bestpossible experience, aligned with the business objectives Assure the quality of the work by writing and running unit tests Research and development / constant technological monitoring in line with technologicalinnovations to ensure the compatibility of available products, and improving the userexperience Good to have understanding of Adobe products like Analytics, Target, Launch from a FEperspective.Education: Full time Bachelors on Masters degree (Computer Science/IT preferred
