Role & Responsibilities / Job Description:

Primary Skill Set:

  • Lead the architecture and design of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power
    Automate (Flow), and Power BI, to meet business and technical requirements.
  • Architects monitor applications to identify necessary configuration changes, maintain data integrity, improve user experience, and keep up with security issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and create technical specifications.
  • Design scalable and maintainable Power Platform solutions that adhere to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct architectural reviews, code reviews, and performance evaluations to ensure quality and reliability of Power Platform solutions.
  • Extensive development experience in Microsoft Power Platform - Power Apps (Canvas & Model Driven Apps) and Power Automate.
  • Experience working with Dataverse tables, security roles and groups.
  • Good knowledge about the Power Platform environment and solutions (including solution deployment & CI-CD).
  • Experience in PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) and other reusable components. Hands-on experience in TypeScript and React JS.
  • Good experience in SharePoint Online (M365).
  • Hands-on experience in SharePoint out-of-the-box features, SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and PnP webparts.
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
  • Manage Governance & status reporting of teams/projects and manage risks/challenges.
  • Manage change and enhancement requirements.
  • Liaise with customer stakeholders development, support teams.
  • Tracking and monitoring of all the project activities.
  • Provide technical leadership to the development team, conduct design and code reviews.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Power Platform technologies and recommend best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage and enable faster fulfillment of resources and onboarding for new requirements.



Secondary Skill Set:

  • Experience in integration with 3rd party systems (e.g. SAP etc.).
  • Installation and configuration of data gateways.
  • Data Migration experience.
  • Able to review the business blueprint, design specifications and user acceptance test plans and participate in cutover activities during go-live phases.
  • Azure Cloud technologies (Functions, Logic Apps, AD).

Good to have skills:

  • Power Platform, M365 and Azure and PMP/Agile certifications.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
  • Proficient working in Agile (Scrum) project methodologies.
  • Experience working across disciplines, groups, and teams.
