Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced .NET MAUI resource to spearhead the design and development of our mobile applications.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of .NET MAUI, strong architectural skills, and a passion for creating robust, scalable, and high-performance applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architectural design and development of cross-platform applications using .NET MAUI.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Define and implement application architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to developers to ensure high-quality code.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration of applications.
  • Participate in the planning and estimation of development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a software architect with a focus on mobile application development.
  • Extensive experience with .NET MAUI and Xamarin.
  • Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Core, and related technologies.
  • Experience with MVVM design pattern and other architectural patterns.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Azure) is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Skills: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
  • Experience of working in Healthcare domain
