Responsibilities:

  • Translate business goals into technical requirements, conduct code/design reviews, and drive the technical implementation of web projects throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and stable web, mobile and eCommerce solutions that meet business needs.
  • Partner with Visual Design and User Experience teams to develop effective/engaging designs.
  • Own and drive specific area(s) of website functionality such as search, products, account, videos, web site performance - including prioritized enhancement stories and development of features for those areas of responsibility.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and agile development.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Expert in Adobe Manager Suite -AEM, Analytics, Audience, Marketa Engage, Personalization or Target.
  • Experience of whole project lifecycle. Able to estimate and execute tasks throughout the lifecycle including architecture, design, and development.
  • Expert Understanding of architectural concepts including performance and capacity planning, network/infrastructure planning, security architecture, and systems integration.
  • Must have handled at least 2-3 large AEM implementation in AEM 6.x. as a technical architect role.
  • Proficient in Java, Java EE, Servlets, HTL/Sightly skills, combined with a strong understanding of enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring. Proficient in Day CQ / Adobe AEM foundational concepts, including the use of core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix, a solid understanding of all the related building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, etc., and the Adobe AEM development and deployment process.
  • Expert knowledge in Day CQ /Adobe AEM WCM capabilities including Multi-site manager and Blueprinting, and the use of online marketing components such as advanced targeting/ personalization, and multi-variate testing, is preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of systems design, High Availability, Disaster Recovery, caching, CDN and persistence.
  • Able to articulate business solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM).
